To register and pay as a delegate in the conference please use our
online system.
Note: (19.June.2017) We are aware that a couple of people have had some problems registering today. Please remember that the system has a time-out. We have used Firefox and Chrome browsers and had no problems. Apologies for any inconvenience. Early Bird has been now extended to 21st June (23:59 CET)).
This is a general-purpose system, so do not worry if it uses terms such as "tickets", "best available", etc.
Mastercard and VISA credit cards are accepted for payment. Please ensure that you register each person separately as we use the personal details
requested in the payment page to register each person in the conference. If you need a receipt with your organisational address to claim it back from your organisation, please enter their details on the form (Billing address, "CIF" or "VAT" number etc.).

If you are coming from outside the European Union you might need a visa or a letter of invitation to enter the EU. If you are in such a case we suggest you register first (as you can also show the authorities a registration receipt) and then contact us with your details (full name, address, nationality, passport number, your paper title if applicable) and we will try to get you by email an official confirmation of registration and invitation to attend the conference.
This is a volunteer-run event with significant logistic support from the IET. We have aimed to keep the conference fees as low as possible, just to cover the costs of running the conference. As a two-day event, we have used economy of scale to offer reasonable fees.
The conference fee structure is as follows (prices, in Euros, are all inclusive of delegate packs, USB proceedings, printed abstracts, light lunch and refreshments):
