Papers can be submitted by one of the authors using our
on-line system
(before submitting your paper you need to create an account, if you have not done so already, (please note that passwords are stored in plain
text). Submissions are accepted on PDF format with a maximum file size of 10 MBytes (not 2MB as stated on the system). You are allowed to modify your submission until the final deadline date.

To prepare your camera-ready paper please use this Word template or LaTeX template and then submit it in PDF. Please note that you need to submit the paper in their final format including names of authors and institutions, as the review is single-blind (not double blind).
All accepted papers (orals/posters) will be indexed by INSPEC (IET Digital Library) and through it IEEE Xplore, provided that at least one author registers and presents/displays the work.
