To register and pay as a delegate in the conference please use our
online system.
This is a general-purpose system, so do not worry if it uses terms such as "tickets", "best available", etc.
Mastercard and VISA credit cards are accepted for payment. Please ensure that you register each person separately as we use the personal details
requested in the payment page to register each person in the conference.

If you are coming from outside the European Union you might need a visa or a letter of invitation to enter the EU. If you are in such a case we suggest you register (as you can also show the authorities a registration receipt) and contact us with your details (full name, address, nationality, passport number, your paper title if applicable) and we will try to get you by email an official confirmation of registration and invitation to attend the conference.
This is a volunteer-run event with significant logistic support from the IET. We have aimed to keep the conference fees as low as possible, just to cover the costs of running the conference. As a three-day event, we have used economy of scale to offer reasonable fees (in fact, the fees are the same as for 2015).
The conference fee structure is as follows (prices, in Euros, are all inclusive of delegate packs, CD proceedings, printed abstracts, lunch and refreshments):
