How to upload your paper

Paper submissions can be uploaded using our on-line system.

New Publication Agreement Form: Authors of accepted papers need to download this form, complete it, sign it scan it and email it.

For a pdf version of the conference call for papers, please click here

To prepare your camera-ready paper please use this Word template or LaTeX template and then submit it in PDF. Please note that you need to submit the paper as in their final format including names of authors and institutions, as the review is single-blind (not double blind).

All accepted papers (orals/posters) will be published by the IET and indexed by INSPEC (IET Digital Library), and then normally by IEEE Xplore, provided that at least one author registers at the author rate and presents/displays the work.

Also note that ICDP papers published by the IET are normally also indexed in Scopus.

Authors of exceptional papers may be invited to submit extended versions to be considered for publication in an IET peer-reviewed journal (e.g. IET Computer Vision Journal, IET Image Processing Journal or IET Biometrics Journal) and/or book.

ICDP-16 uses the ConfTool Conference Management Tool.
You can find out how to use Conftool by clicking here
