Once your paper is accepted
New To have your paper published, you need to complete a Non-Exclusive Publication Agreement Form. Please read the document carefully and then complete all sections that are between sqare brackets (do not forget the paper number, see programme, and the paper title) including the names and institutional addresses of all the authors. One of the authors can sign on behalf of all the authors (if you prefer, all authors can sign too). Please send the completed form to the General Chair. If your paper was presented at the conference, we will then commence the publication process.
Papers can be submitted by one of the authors using our
on-line system
(before submitting your paper you need to create an account, if you have not done so already, (please note that passwords are stored in plain
text). Submissions are accepted on PDF format with a maximum file size of 10 MBytes (not 2MB as stated on the system). You are allowed to modify your submission until the final deadline date.
Contact us if you have problems/questions about the paper submission process.
For a pdf version of the conference call for papers, please click here (we also have an A3 and an A2 version).
To prepare your camera-ready paper please use this Word template or LaTeX template and then submit it in PDF. Please note that you need to submit the paper in its final format including names of authors and institutions, as the review is single-blind (not double blind).
All accepted papers (orals/posters) will be published by the IET (IET Digital Library) and indexed by INSPEC and, normally through it, by IEEE Xplore and Scopus, provided that at least one of the authors registers AND presents the work.
