To register to attend the conference please proceed as follows:
- Please see the instructions to make the payment via electronic bank transfer (please make sure that any charges are paid by the sender). If you are outside Chile the payment is in US dollars, if you are in Chile the payment is in Chilean pesos. We apologise that we cannot offer registration by credit card or PayPal
- Please ensure that you get a receipt from your bank for the bank transfer
- Then, please complete the Registration Form and send it to Dr José Luis Jara (Registrations Chair), together with the receipt of your bank transfer and if you are a student a copy of a valid student card or a copy of an official letter from your institution confirming your student status. If you are registering as a member of ACHIRP/IET/IEEE, please send a copy of your membership card or your membership number
For any issues/assistance with registration, please contact Dr José Luis Jara (Registrations Chair)
If you are coming from outside Chile you might need a visa or a letter of invitation to enter the country. Please see here to check if you need a visa. If you are in such a case we suggest you register (as you can also show the authorities a registration receipt) and contact Prof. Marcelo Mendoza with your details (full name, nationality, passport number, your paper title if applicable) and we will try to get you by email an official confirmation of registration and invitation to attend the conference.
This is a volunteer-run event with significant logistic support from the local organisers. We have aimed to keep the conference fees as low as possible. As a three-day event, we have used economy of scale to offer reasonable fees.
The conference fee structure is as follows (prices, in USD and Chilean pesos in brackets, are all inclusive of delegate packs, electronic proceedings, printed abstracts and refreshments), and they will be as economic as possible to cover the costs of the conference and its organisation
