If you need a visa to visit Chile we suggest you register first (as you can also show the authorities a registration receipt) and then contact us with your details (full name, address, nationality, passport number, your paper title if applicable) and we will try to get you by email an official confirmation of registration and invitation to attend the conference.
This is a volunteer-run event with significant logistic support from the IET. We have aimed to keep the conference fees as low as possible, just to cover the costs of running the conference. As a two-day event, we have used economy of scale to offer reasonable fees.
The conference fee structure is as follows (prices, in US dollars, are all inclusive of delegate packs, USB proceedings, printed abstracts, light lunch and refreshments):
