Conference Registration

To register and pay as a delegate in the conference please use the online system.

Payment can only be made through major credit cards (Mastercard and VISA). Please ensure that you register each person separately as we use the personal details requested in the payment page to register each person in the conference. The system will send you a receipt/invoice by email. If you register as business, please make sure you select the “business” option. In order to be exempted from VAT, you will also need to have the VAT ID of your company or organization handy. The latter is not applicable if you register as “individual”.

For any questions about registration, please contact Dr. Epaminondas Kapetanios, Registrations Chair

If you are coming from outside the United Kingdom/European Union you might need a visa or a letter of invitation to enter the UK/EU. If you are in such a case we suggest you register first (as you can also show the authorities a registration receipt) and contact us with your details (full name, address, nationality, passport number and your paper title if applicable) and we will try to get you by email an official confirmation of registration and invitation to attend the conference.

This is a volunteer-run event with significant logistic support from the IET. We have aimed to keep the conference fees as low as possible, just to cover the costs of running the conference. As a three-day event, we have used economy of scale to offer reasonable fees.

The tentative conference fee structure per delegate is as follows (prices, in Pounds, are all inclusive of delegate packs, USB proceedings, printed abstracts, lunch and refreshments. Note that we have maintained similarly low pricing than 2017!):

Early Bird (up to 10 November 2019)
Student *£261
Author£313
Member (IET/IEEE/BMVA)£391
Non-member£435
IEEE Life/IET retired£130

Normal registration (from 11 November 2019)
