This is a volunteer-run event with significant logistic support from the IET. We have aimed to keep the conference fees as low as possible. Note that compared to ICDP-09 (1-day event), this is a 2-day event, but we have used economy of scale to keep prices reasonable.
The conference fee structure is as follows (prices, in British pounds, are all inclusive of delegate packs, CD proceedings, printed abstracts, lunch, refreshments and conference dinner):
